The Park is owned by the Lot Certificate Holders.
The Park is directed by an elected Board of Directors.
The Park is managed by staff employed by the Board of Directors.
To purchase a Lot Certificate at least one person must be age 55.
The Park facilities belong to all Lot Certificate Holders.
Lot Certificates and a structure on the lot may be purchased from
the lot certificate holder pending approval of the Board of
Directors.
Paradise Park is fenced and gated.
Structures left on lots must be tied down and skirted.
Structures to be left on lots must be approved by the Board of
Directors.
The Park's water and sewer systems are connected to the City of
McAllen systems.
RV Lots have individual electric meters, sewer inlet, and  fresh
water outlet.
Park dimensions are 1/4 mile by 1/4 mile.
